Our Crown Bed was modified for designer Nancy Berman. The post size was increased to 1" solid steel instead of the standard 7/8" size. A turned leg detail was added to provide an extra design element. We also modified the Crown Canopy of the bed to accomodate the designer's antique plaster medallion that she found at the Paris Flea Market. The bed was primed in white paint to enable the designer to gold leaf the bed.
