ORDERING INFORMATIONTO PLACE AN ORDERPlease forward a purchase order specifying the item, dimensions and any other design details to our representative showroom, or directly to our corporate office if a showroom is not in your area. Production of orders will not begin until a 50% deposit of the order is received. Orders must be paid in full before an order will be released, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. All sales are final. Deposits paid on orders will not be refunded if an order is cancelled ORDER CONFIRMATION & INVOICINGAll orders are confirmed in writing prior to production. The written order confirmation and/or drawings serves as final authorization and replace all other order specifications. PRICINGPrices listed are suggested retail/list prices. Discounts available to qualified design professionals. FREIGHTFreight is not included in the price listed. All orders are F.O.B. San Francisco. Any claim for freight damage must be directed to the carrier. MICHAEL SHANNON ASSOCIATES' responsibility for the condition of the merchandise, upon delivery, ceases once the item is released to the shipper. Crating charge below only applies when our preferred shipper does not ship items or when items do not ship via a blanket wrapped shipper. LEAD-TIMEThe standard lead-time is 7 to 9 weeks for completion. Shipping takes an average of 7 to 14 days from completion. For custom orders, the average lead-time is 8 to 14 weeks from design approval not from the date the order is received. MICHAEL SHANNON ASSOCIATES makes every attempt to complete items within the forecasted lead-time. However, since each item is meticulously hand-crafted, MICHAEL SHANNON ASSOCIATES does not guarantee completion dates. STORAGEThe balance on orders must be paid and the item(s) shipped from our facility within 30 days from notice of completion. Orders that do not ship within 30 days from completion notice may be subject to storage fees of $100 per month per item.
